Changchun signing ceremony, Northeast China
My work currently in northeast China involves the exploration and eventual exploitation of oil shale deposits utilizing new technologies being developed by Shell in Colorado. This photo shows the signing ceremoney between Shell and BGMR (Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources) for a Joint Venture to develop oil shale in Jilin Province.
