Standing proudly, albiet dimunitively, beside her liege at Amon-Rê, Néfertari the favored wife of Ramses II remains as captivating today as she must have been when she stole the heart of of the ruler of the Two Kingdoms.
I wonder how many how many rulers today include their wives, even at reduced scale, in official state portrature?
