yanjing Beer
Yanjing Beer is the principal brewery in Beijing and so is one of the most often encountered brews for the western visitor to China, well, to Beijing at least. As Shell had its main China office in Beijing, I assure you, I had a lot of Yanjing. It is mostly served, correctly, on draft, but I did manage to snag an occasional label off a bottle. Yanjing, it kept me going in Beijing.
