Sinkiang Beer
Way out in far western China one finds themself in Central Asia, East Turkistan. Although dominantly muslim, so many han chinese have immigrated there, (not always by choice) that there is a good market for local brews. Just too far to import beer! Sinkiang (Xinjiang) is a wonderfully fertile region and the hops of Loulan produce an excellent brew, have one!
